These villas are suitable for all year use with conditioning for summer and independent heating for winter. The villas have been designed to ensure you benefit from the incredible views from all areas of the house.

The villas
The villa is built in 2 levels, you enter the house from the top floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.  Both the bedrooms have large glass windows and spacious balconies
Bathroom bathtub with shower /WC in easy access for both bedrooms.

Stairs lead down to the lower level where there is a combined open plan living/dining room, kitchen and a separate WC. The living area has comfortable seating and satellite TV and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Large glass windows and the wonderfully large terrace has comfortable bamboo seating (with cushions), sun beds,  hammock and a beautiful swimming pool. In fact every corner of these villas has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. 

The garden and pool
The gardens and pool area of the villas offer spectacular gardens with "theme" planted gardens. The Mexican garden with cactus-plants, the Mediterranean garden with Mediterranean vegetation, and the Tropical garden with phoenix like plants. The villas and surroundings offer privacy and comfort to ensure you a pleasurable and relaxed stay.

The area
The Town of Agios Nikolaos in the eastern part of Crete is probably the most cosmopolitan town on the island. It was the first area that became a popular tourist destination for holiday makers from all over the world. In a distance of 2 kms you find several lovely sandy beachs and the nearest supermarket is only 2 kms away.
