The villa’s beautiful designed layout, combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, creates a very special and exclusive setting.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people.

• One double bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom with shower.
• One master bedroom on the first floor with double bed and ensuite bath room with hydro-massage bathtub.
• Two twin bedrooms on the first floor share a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned.

The villa
The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc and has also a balcony. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are.

Villa Erofili also offers iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe and plenty parking space behind an electric metal gate. There is cleaning and change of sheets twice a week.

The villa has also a big beautiful rooftop of 30sqm, where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno and relax.

The pool and garden
The large garden is surrounded by olive groves and insures privacy as there is more than 150 metres to the nearest other villa which is on a lower level.

The large pool is 41sqm with separate children’s pool and hydro-massage sun laungers and umbrellas surround the pool.

To one side of the garden you find a stone built BBQ and wood burning oven.

Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops can be reached in 2 km. The sandy beach of Sfakaki 2,5 km distance on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential.
