The villas
There are seven villas have an entrance hall, a living room with two proper beds that turn into sofas, a kitchen and a WC on the first floor and a large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Verandas and balconies open onto the private gardens which vary in size from 80 to 500 m2. The two bedroom villa has the same layout, but has a larger sittingroom and kitchen and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom with tub.

The kitchens are fully fitted with an electric stove, a fume extractor, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. All the houses have built-in air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and curtains.

The villas have been refurbished for the 2008 season and have SAT TV's, Wi-Fi broad band interenet connection included.

The villas
All the houses, villas have vaulted roofs, which gives a sense of extra space when viewed from below, and are painted in sky blue. The floors are made of an ivory and blue mosaic to match the coulor of the roof.
There are seven one bedroom villas of 60 m2 and 1 two bedroom villa of 90 m2

The design
The architecture of the houses and villas is a combination of traditional features coupled with a modern approach. The villas built on a plot of 7500 m2 land.

Garden and pool
The villas built in groups of three and are built on different levels of the hillside to guarantee spectacular views on the gulf of Elounda, private gardens, parking space and easy access from the private road inside the plot. There is also a very beautifully designed swimming pool with a fantastic view.

There are three different parking areas one for each level of villas.

The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener. White marble is used in all outside walkway and pavements.
