the swimming pool is to one side while next to it is a covered
veranda with table and chairs.

villa
The villa has 150 sq/m of living space and can accommodate up to 11 persons, it offers
3 bedrooms and a sleeping gallery with 2 double and one single bed
and 4 bathrooms, one of which has
a full size bath tub, the others having showers.
The villa boasts a spacious sitting room with fireplace and is
well furnished with comfortable sofas. Satellite TV, music centre
and a telephone are some of the items for the guests use and
comforts.
The
kitchen is off the sitting room area and is well equipped with a
coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle and adequate
utensils.
From the kitchen you enter into a large separate dinning room with
views towards the swimming pool.

places of interest and the Palm beach of Preveli are available
from the fishing quay.
