The 3 houses together will sleep up to 14+ persons including extra beds. The houses have a communial swimming pool which is 8 x 4 metres and is situated between the 3 houses that occupy 3 different levels. The popular beach resorts Kalives and Almirida are only 5 - 7 Kms from the houses.

The houses
A traditional old Cretan village stone building spread on different levels. The top house is the original old house with slate and stone floors while the other 2 houses below are newly built but with tradition in mind. The buildings have been very carefully renovated to offer modern day comforts but retaining traditional flavour and charm, all 3 houses are air-conditioned.

Bedrooms
2 houses have 2 bedrooms with one double bed and 2 single beds and the original 3rd house has 3 bedrooms, of which one is a walk through room.

Entrance from a side mountain road to the splendid building where there is a preparation kitchen for making light snacks and coffee and directly opposite is a large communial room that can be used as a dining room which can seat up to 25 persons. In between these 2 rooms there is a flight of stairs leading to to the landing where the 2 new houses are located.

Each house having 2 bedrooms with one double bed and 2 single beds. The houses have an open plan sitting/dinning room and a kitchen which is very well equipped with a full size cooker, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and all utensils. The sitting room has a leather sofa, TV, arm chair, dining table and chairs.  A staircase leads to the upper floor that has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and majestic balconies. The second house is similarly equipped but with a larger balcony.

Outside these 2 houses and in the courtyard is the swimming pool, a flight of steps lead to the top house that has 2 bedrooms and and a "walk through" 3rd bedroom.

The area
There are tavernas, cafes and a mini market  within walking distance (aprox. 800 meters) in the village of Stilos. The villages of Nio Horio and Armeni are 1 and 2 kms away where you will find more tavernas, shops and supermarkets.

The picturesque village of Stilos has a small river that flows into the sea at Kalives which is only 3 kms away, here there are beautiful sandy beaches and many shops, a bank, petrol stations and an abundance of tavernas and traditional grill houses.
