The villa
On the ground floor there is a large living room with TV, kitchen, dining table and a large terrace in front of the house. There is also a bedroom with double bed and a WC / shower.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, sharing a bathroom with bath, a further bedroom with 2 separate beds and a bathroom with shower/WC en suite. All the bedrooms have their own balcony. 

Villa Distella is suitable for all year use. It is an ideal place for families with children, friends and offers peace and relaxation in the countryside near the unspoilt Cretan environment and away from noises and crowded places. This villa can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.

Pool size
The villa has a child pool. The main pool is 16.5 X 6 at widest and 4.5 at narrowest = 85 sqm, Depth 120 – 280 cm.

Location
The villa is a 3 minute stroll from the centre of the old and charming village of Prines where there are 2 mini markets, a butcher, a taverna and some Kafenions. However it is situated in a quiet spot affording peace and tranquillity.
The village of Atsipopoulo is less than 2 kilometres away where you find the famous bakery and quite a lot of different shops, tavernas and also a mini bank with an ATM machine.

The old Venetian town of Rethymnon is just 6 Kms away and the sea at a distant of 3 Kms and an array of sandy beaches within 5 Kms.
