About the villas

Each villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor where there is also a designer standard bathroom with marble and exclusive tiling, a small bath, shower and W.C. From this floor, there is access to a large tiled sun terrace with wooden patio furniture. The third bedroom is up a few stairs to a sleeping gallery

The luxuriously built and equipped to a high standard villas are in the area of the village of Gerani some 15 kms west of Chania and positioned only a short stroll from a mixture of sand and shingle beach.

There are 4 units, each suitable for 6 persons, air-conditioned at no extra charge and sumptuously furnished, the spacious open plan lounge/dinning room with a mixture of marble and wooden floors and large windows with views to the outside patio and the swimming pool. There are comfortable sofas to relax and watch TV with  satellite channels or listen to your favorite music on the CD music system. 
On the ground floor there is a small cloakroom with W.C, and to the other end a large kitchen which is equipped with a large cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Iron and board, a filter coffee maker and an electric kettle.

Each villa has a private parking space and a private patio with furniture overlooking the swimming pool.
The nearby village of Gerani has a mini market, butcher, bakery, petrol station and a variety of tavernas and kafenions. 

There is a regular bus service to Chania and west to Kissamos / Kastelli.

A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general.
