Villa Crocus is one of the two Wildflower Villas set in a large olive grove. The villa has 4 bedrooms on one storey  The villa is located 2 Kms outside the village of Prines in the area of Rethymnon. In Prines and the nearby Atsipopoulo you will find tavernas and shopping possibilities.

The villa consist of a large open plan sitting and dinning room with SAT TV.
 A well staked kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freeze, micro wave, coffeemaker, electric kettle. There is a large balcony from the sitting room with table and chairs for your meals and beautiful views to the olive grove and the sea in the distance.

The villas offers 4 separate bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and the 3 other bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. There are private balconies from all bedrooms.

The Garden and Pool.
The garden around the villa and the pool is lawned and has old beautifully sculptured olive tress, flower beds and bushes.

The far part of the large plot is left as a natural olive grove. In the pool area there is a lawn and flower beds. There is barbeque  The pool size is 10 X 4 metres: Depth 60 - 160 cm.

The pool has a children's area at one end and is has sun loungers, parasols and tables at the pool side.
