Villa Citrus is located in a Venetian village only 2 Kms from the sandy beaches east of Rethymnon. It is a lovely brand new villa in the village of Asteri, the villa is next door to Villa Asteri and is built by the same architect. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private garden and pool.

The Villa
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bath/shower rooms. Jacuzzi baths, hydro massage showers. There is 1 double bed and 2 twin beds that also function as doubles. There is a large balcony with views to the sea from the 2 first floor bedrooms. There are 2 safe deposit boxes and full air-con.

A large open-plan sitting/dinning room with fireplace and flat screen SAT TV, DVD, music center and a cosy sofa group. A glass door leads to the 32sqm terrace and the pool area.

The kitchen
The kitchen has full cooker, oven, fridge freezer, dishswasher, microwave, toaster, coffe machine.

Pool and Garden
The garden is set in an old orange grove a 45m2 pool with a child pool. There will be a stone built barbeque, garden tables and chairs. The pool has parasols and sun loungers.

The villa is located in a Venetian village with several beautiful restored houses, a newly restored traditional taverna and a small local museum.
