The villa is built on a hillside and the main entrance is into
the first floor having a large open plan sitting/dinning room
and kitchen with a large spacious balcony in full length of the
villa to the back offering views to the sea and the pool area.
The Sun Lounge/Balcony has a large wooden table and dining
chairs, this area will have fairy lights for evening dining.
There is also a WC and A laundry room with a
washing machine on this floor.
Lounge
The Lounge is furnished with 2 large leather sofas, coffee
tables and lamps, rugs, TV, DVD, CD Player, books (English),
children's games, DVD's and Music CD's.
The villa will be decorated with
paintings throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker,
fridge/freeze, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and
coffeemaker.
Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, two with double bed
and 2 with twin beds. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom,
entrance to the back of the villa with terrace and access to the
pool area. All have traditional wooden beds with deep pile
mattresses, (2 doubles, 4 singles) bedside cabinets, chest of
drawers and fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps, rugs etc.
