A luxurious and tastefully furnished villa for 2 persons sitting on top of the world literally, or so you might feel when you are there. The villa is situated 5 km south of the historical and the old Venetian town of Rethymnon, a couple of kms from the village of Prasses.

Villa Belvedere is situated on top of a small mountain with breathtaking views overlooking the ”Prassanos Gorge”,  the countryside and sea views in the distance. 

The villa
The villa has its own large terrace surrounded by flowers and bushes, a private pool with sun beds, garden furniture and a stone built barbeque. There is an open plan kitchen with full size cooker, large fridge/freezer, a cosy sitting room with TV and a sofa bed for a child. The charming bedroom with double bed has direct access to the large covered patio around the villa.

Location
The mountain village of Prasses lies about 3 – 4 kms from the villas, and the owners Sini and Dimitris lives in the village with their family. Sini offers to make homemade Cretan dishes at an extra charge.

This is a place for the holidaymaker who wants to be close to the fabulous nature, mountain views and walks and still be within a 15 minute drive to the lively town of Rethymnon and several small villages in the mountains.
