A newly built 4 bedroom villa with a private pool, patio and sea view. The villa is situated in an elevated position only 300 meters from the sandy beach of Stavromenos and is 12 Kms east of Rethymnon.

The villa has 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom & shower. One double bedroom and 3 with twin beds. There is a large open plan sitting room, dinning room and kitchen, satellite TV and a music centre. The full size kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, grill, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms have an air-conditioning unit.

Garden and surrounding
There is a garden with roses and new palm trees, private pool and in an elevated position a large patio with stone barbeque and wood burning oven. The private pool is 35m2, debt 1 meter at the shallow end and 1.50 meter at the deep end.

The villa and garden is surrounded by trees and fields giving a clear view to the blue sea and the coast line. The property is not overlooked due to its  elevated and private position.
