The villa
The villa is in 2 floors. Down stairs is a large sitting room with fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD and Stereo System. From the sitting room there is access to a large terrace with garden furniture and the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a large double bed the other bedroom has twin beds. The sitting room has a double futon sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms in connection with the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a large balcony.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with sun lounges, umbrellas and a barbeque. There is sea view from the garden and the balconies.

Bed linen and towels for indoor use is provided and there is cleaning once a week. No pets allowed. The villa is non smoking.

The Area
Sfakaki is a beach resort outside Rethymnon and offers some tavernas and shops as well as supermarkets. There is bus connection to Rethymnon and Heraklion every hour during the day timer. The beaches along the coast are mostly sandy.
