Villa Anastasia is a beautiful and romantic stone built 3 bedroom villa. The villa is within its own 800 m2 garden with Cretan flowers and large olive trees, a pool and pool area at the far end of the garden.

The villa
The ground floor: from the patio the front door opens into a spacious open plan living room and kitchen area with a corner fireplace and stone sitting area with cushions, rugs, coffee table, built-in book shelves and SAT TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker, hob and fridge/freezer. There is a dinning table and chairs. A small hall leads to the 2 ground floor bedrooms both with wrought iron beds and antique furniture, both with doors to a shared terrace facing the garden. 

One bedroom has a double bed with a muslin mosquito net and the other with twin beds. All window have hand made white lace curtains. The bathroom has bathtub, WC and a washing machine.

The upper floor has a large sleeping gallery with a double bed with ensuite shower and WC and a small dressing room.

The garden
The slit level garden has a comfortable furnished patio area with a large 3 seat swing, marble table and chairs, a large stone built barbeque and at the far end of the garden you find the 32m2 pool in a raised position, absolutely private and surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

The area
The traditional village of Prines has a few little shops, a minimarket and a couple of tavernas. The nearest sandy beach is 4 Kms away and the bustling town of Rethymnon is 6 Kms, only about 10 min. drive from the villa.

Cleaning 6 days a week and a large welcome basket on arrival.
