Samaria
Gorge Long Way
05.30 - 19.00
We will start from the of the White Mountains, the Omalos Plateau,
where you have the possibility for breakfast. The entrance of the
longest gorge in Europe (16 mills) is 4000 ft. up. We walk down
the gorge over rocks and stones, through a forest and along
springs into the most impressive mountain section of Crete. here
live the last Kri-Kris (wild mountain goats). since the walk is
very difficult and lasts 5-6 hr's, you will need strong trainers
or walking boots, thin cloths, a hat and sun protection. See

This
walk is not recommended for children under the age of 6, pregnant
women and people with health problems. At
the end of the gorge we will arrive at the Libyan sea in Agia
Roumeli for a swim, recreation and a meal at the local tavernas,
After that a ferry-boat will take you to Hora Sfakion, where the
bus is waiting to take you back. Samaria
Lazy way
07.00 - 19.00
The bus will take you to Hora Sfakion , from there you take the
ferry to Agia Roumeli, the south end of the gorge. During the stay
you have the opportunity to walk until the Iron Gates, the most
narrow part of the Samaria gorge. There is also enough time for a
swim and lunch. This is a good family tour since you decide for
yourselves, how fast and how far you want to walk. In the evening
the boat takes you back to the bus.

Imbros Gorge
07. - 18.30
The Imbros
gorge runs parallel with the Samaria gorge. Although not as well
known as the Samaria, its natural beauty runs for 5 mills and
presents and presents an easier walk through, a walk that will
take most people 3 hr's. You need comfortable strong shoes or
trainers.
Afterwards the bus
takes you to a beautiful beach at the Lybian sea for a swim, there
are also tavernas for lunch. This tour is also good for Children.
Knossos
Palace

17.30
The first palace of the Minoan culture, that is the cradle of
Europe. We follow a conducted tour of the palace of King Minos as
well as of the archaeological museum of Heraklion, where there are
also many properties of Phaestos, Malia and Zakros. The lunch break
is in Heraklion and there is also free time for a stroll. See

- Gortys - Matala - Spili

This tour has a little of everything: archaeology, villages and a
beach.
Our first stop is in Gortys, the former Roman Capital of Crete.
Followed by a guided tour through the Minoan palace of Phaestos,
from where you have an impressive view of the Messara-plain.
Afterwards we go for a swim and have lunch at Matala bay - famous
since the 70s, for its caved cliffs. On our way back we will make
our last stop at the village Spili, know for its "lion
fountain". Chania
City and Cretan Villages

On the way to Chania we take the old road and drive through some
of the picturesque villages. Our first stop is the green villages
of Stylos, famous for its fresh water springs. After that we head
down downhill having a fantastic view of Souda Bay. We visit the
English war-cemetery and go for a little tour of the city by foot
through Chania, the former capital of Crete.
You have enough free time for a stroll through the romantic old
town, for shopping or lunch at the beautiful Venetian harbour. On
our way back to Rethymno we will stop for a nice coffee- break. Photo
Safari - Frangokastello - Monastery Preveli
08.00 - 18.30
Crete appears romantic and wild. We will first visit Georgoupolis.
Then we cross the ending of the White Mountains reaching on the
south coast the Venetian Fortress of Frangokastello, built in the
14th Century! After that you have the possibility for a swim and
lunch at the Lybian Sea in Plakias. Afterwards we visit the Monastery
of Preveli, built in the 17th Century (knee covered clothes!). On
our return we go though the wild Kourtaliotiko gorge. See

- Cretan Night

Come with us to the historical village of Axos and enjoy an
unforgettable folkloric evening. During a typical Greek dinner you
will be entertained by Cretan live music and a group of dancers,
who will not only entertain you, but they will also invite you to
dance with them. The dinner and all the wine you can handle is
included in the price. Ag.
Nikolaos - Elounda - Spinalonga

We set off
to see the eastern part of Crete. Passing through Heraklion, the
Capitol of Crete we reach Ag Nikolaos. A small fishing village
with one of the 2 lakes of Crete, that played an important role
towards the end of the 2 world war. After our visit to Ag Nikolaos
we set off to see Spinalonga, right across ancient Elounda, also
known as the area and reason for who pays the ferryman. We visit
the fortress after sailing through the port of Elounda with our
boat to discover that it was also in the past a leper colony. At
the end of the day, we return back to Rethymnon having seen the picturesque
harbour of Ag. Nikolaos, the resort of Elonda and the stunning
fortress of Spinalonga. Elafonissi
- Monastery Chrisoskalitissas

18.30 A beach tour of a very special kind - in the southwest
corner of Crete - to the island of Elafonissi, We drive through
the Topolia Gorge and after a coffee stop we arrive at the
Monastery of Chrisoskalitissas (the golden stair). We follow a
street, down to the beach, and you can walk through pink sand to
the island of Elafonissi. You have enough free time to enjoy the crystal
clear water. On our way back we will stop in a village at a
taverna. See

Beach

On this trip we are going to visit the south Crete and the
fabulous Palm Beach of Preveli. On the way we'll drive through the
wild Kourtaliotiko Gorge where we stop to visit its magnificent
waterfalls. Afterwards we continue to the mount of the small river
to swim and relax on the most idyllic beach of our island. See

Island

On this
trip we want to show you one of the nicest parts, one of the most beautiful
sandy beaches and also an important historic place on our island -
Gramvousa Island. The trip takes you along the new National Road
alongside Souda Bay and bypassing the former Cretan Capital Chania
and towards Kissamos, there we take a ferry and after a nice boat trip
of one hour we arrive on the deserted peninsula which ends up at
the Vouza point. There is a fantastic lagoon where you have enough
time to enjoy unforgettable swimming in the crystal clear
turquoise and a visit to the famous Venetian fortress from where
you can enjoy some of the most fantastic views.
