Flisvos with it’s traditional Cretan kitchen and atmosphere is
a very relaxing place to spend a few hours over a meal and maybe
a few glasses of house wine made from grapes that have been
grown in their own fields, followed by a small glass of raki
locally known as “fire water”.

and his brother Stellios who
looks after the kitchen and does the fishing, so you can enjoy a
freshly caught fish and prepared by him.

and herb scented scrub.
You will find some of the best
sandy beaches in Crete here,
and especially little children
love the shallow sea of the
