All along the town of Rethymnon there are wide sandy beaches.
You are always near the beach in Rethymnon and the beach promenade is several kms long.
Rethymnon is a Venetian town with charming narrow streets and lots of shops, tavernas, cafes and bars. It is located on the north coast approximately in the middle between Heraklion and Chania.
