Villa 5 (7) bedrooms

In the centre of the village Kamilari on the south coast of Crete, you will find Villa Pasifai. This charming town house was built in 1903 in neoclassical style and restored in 2008. The Town House provides 5 bedrooms and has a spacious courtyard with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Two apartments with one double bedroom and one single bed + bathroom provides for extra persons

The Town House

Pasifai is a three-storey villa of 200 m2 with 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it is possible to put 2 extra single beds in 2 of the bedrooms for extra persons there are 2 apartments each for 3 persons:

On the ground floor, a living room that has a fire place and an antique piano, a dinning room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two bathrooms one with whirlpool bathtub for 2 persons and the other with hydro-massage, home-spa shower cabin and one master bedroom.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one gym-room.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom with shower bathroom.

Extra persons and apartment
Next to the villa there are apartment with double bedroom, sitting room with 2 sofa beds and bathroom, that can accommodate 2-4 person. The apartment is not booked separately, but only in case there is a request for more persons. In this case the villa can accommodate up to 14-16 persons.

Courtyard
In the spacious courtyard there is a large swimming pool 50 m2 (1,30m deep) as well as a children’s pool.
The villa has several verandas and a gardened area around the pool, a barbeque and private parking.
The villa has total privacy and is open all over the year.

Kamilari Village

In Kamilari village you will find cafeterias, snack bar with rich breakfast, pizzerias, taverns-restaurants with traditional Greek cooking, mini – markets, rent a car, taxi station and tourist shops. The sandy beach of Listaros i about 1 km away. The village is close to the famous archeological sites of Festos, Agia Triada, Gortina, Como and Matala.
