The Villa

The villa is on three levels and provides four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with whirlpool bathtub 1.55 x 1.55m and the others with shower), gym room, fully equipped kitchen, dining-room, living-room with a fireplace and a antique piano.
The villa is furnished and decorated with authentic pieces of furniture in combination with careful selection of items of the time.

The Courtyard

In the courtyard area there is a swimming pool (3.00m x9.50 m-deep 1.30m), the BBQ area also has a traditional wood burning oven, a terrace and a garden with sea view. The garden surrounds the villa and has a private parking.
