Hotel Ideon is located in an ideal setting facing the Cretan Sea and surrounded by the old Turkish and Venetian town boasting the majestic Fortress, its Venetian Port and an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafe’s bars and traditional tavernas. The old town is behind the hotel and extends all the way where it meets the new town at the Unknown Soldier’s monument square.

All these within easy reach of the cosmopolitan centre of the town, including its excellent, long sandy beach. In front of the hotel and overlooking the sea and nearby harbour is a stylish café offering drinks all day and evening.

The hotel offers single and double rooms, junior suites and 2 room self catering apartments. All rooms are comfortably equipped with bath, balcony, a/c, heating, safe deposit box, sat TV, radio and direct dial telephone.
The suites are located in a charming renovated Venetian house next to the pool.

The Apartments with bedroom and living room are located in the new building built in style and with all the characteristics of the old town of Rethymnon. The apartments offer the same facilities as the rooms and suites but also has a kitchenette which allows for self catering.
