Three beautiful white houses on the edge of the sea in Kalathas not far from Chania. The villas offer 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, private pool and a shared tennis court. The villas enjoy an unspoilt view to the sea and coastline of Akrotiri.

Living room

The Aspro Villas feature modern designed living rooms equipped with flatscreen TV’s, DVD entertainment system and satellite TV with over 800 channels and utilize a romantic fireplace and floorheating. The villas have open kitchens with oversized american refigurators to get your ice for drinks. Kitchen appliances are avaiable for up to eight people.

Master bedroom

The airconditioned master bedroom is located on the first floor with it’s own bathroom with Spa bathtub, and ultilizes a flatscreen TV with DVD entertainment system in the master bedroom itself.
2 other bedrooms

The White Houses each contain two airconditioned double guest bedrooms on the ground-floor level, each with plasma TV and DVD entertainment system and private ensuite modern bathrooms.

Design

The three villas were finished 2007 and are located in the beaufitull area Crete, 20 minutes from Chania airport outside the city of Chania. The Aspro Villas (white houses) offer guests a contemporary Greek experience, shaping a world of architectural creativity and world-class luxory

Garden and Terrace

The Aspro Villas each have a large terrace with stylish outdoor teak furniture such as a big tableset for up to eight guests and a outdoor sofa set. From the balcony you can enjoy unique views from Cretan sea.

Swimming pool

Each of the Aspro Villas has it’s own private lap pool from where you can enjoy the Greek sun and beautiful views. The pools of each villa are located to the sides and out of sight of the other villas.

Sports

The White Houses Holiday Villa Complex consists out of three private holiday villas which have a shared professional Tenniscourt where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.

Setting

The Aspro Villas complex area is built on a 7000 square meter plot, offering the guests a secluded world of ultimate privacy including a shared tennis court. Each Aspro villa is built on a 160 metre plot with a private swimmingpool and outdoor facilities including a beaufiful terrace.

Chania Town

Chania is a charming Venetian Town offering an abundance of designer shops, jewelry shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. In the old town harbour area you can also find boat and diving trips. There is lots to do when you want to enjoy some colourful entertainment. The town is only a short 25 minutes drive from the villas.
