Stavromenos -Rethymnon

Spacious studios and apartments pleasantly situated directly leading to the sandy beach of Stavromenos, 11 km east of Rethymnon. There are studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, large pool and children’s playground.

The apartments are recently built to a good standard with modern furniture and fittings. They are ideal for families with children as the beach area is alongside the property with easy access. Free Wifi internet connection in the common areas, but charged extra in the rooms and apartments.

Hotel facilities

Facilities include a swimming pool (90 sqm) with umbrellas and sun beds, reception with SAT TV, video games, internet, a snack bar, and a children’ s playground. Maid service 3 times weekly. Sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach at extra charge.

Studios and Apartments

All studios and apartments have private bathroom/wc with shower, balcony or terrace and many have sea view. Breakfast included can be arranged at extra charge on request. The apartments are cleaned three times a week, towels are changed twice week and bed linen once a week. Several studios are suitable for handicapped.

Α: 5 studios, 40 sqm for 2-3 people, with a bed/living room with a double bed, bathroom/shower kitchenette and balcony with sea view. These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled.
Β: 14 apartments, 40 – 45 sqm for 2-4 people, with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with two beds, bathroom/shower kitchenette and 2 balconies.
Β1: 7 large apartments, of 45-50 sqm, for 3-5 people, bedroom with double bed and with three beds in the living room. bathroom/shower con and balcony.
Β2: 7 large apartments, of 50-60 sqm, for 4-6 people, with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with four beds, kitchenette, SAT TV, air-con, safe, hair drier and with four beds in the living room and balcony.
C: 1 apartment of 80 sqm for 4-7 people, with living/dining room with 3 beds, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 balconies with sea views and one large terrace of 80 sqm sea view.
D: 1 large apartment, of 100 sqm, in the first floor for 6-8 people, with 3 twin bedrooms. Living room with sofa beds for 2 people, dining room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower/wc and 3 balconies, two of which have sea views.

The Area

2 super markets, tavernas and the bus stop, which has a regular 30 minutes service, in the summer to Rethymnon, Heraklion and Chania. In the nearby Stavromenos other supermarkets, tavernas and cafe’s.
Α car is recommended and there is plenty of parking space.
