or if you are using Anti-spam filters and blocking software
 

What is this about?

To prevent you receiving unwanted spam email, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or on their Safe Senders' List. To ensure your National Lottery messages reach you in the future, please add info@villas-crete-villa.com - travel@amazingcrete.dk to your Address Book or Safe Senders' List.

We have provided instructions on how to do this for the most commonly used ISPs.

1. Once signed in, click on 'Options' in the top right of your screen.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, select the 'Contacts' tab.
3. Click on 'Safe List'.
4. Type the addresses above in the 'type an address or domain name' box, and then click 'Add'.

1. From your Gmail Inbox, click on 'Contacts' on the left-hand side.
2. Click on 'Create Contact'.
3. Type the above addresses in the 'Primary Email' box.
4. Then click 'Save'.

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
2. Click on 'Options' in the top right of your screen.
3. Click on 'Filters'.
4. Next, click 'Add' under the filter section.
5. Under "If all of the following rules are true..." in the top row, labeled 'From header', make sure 'contains' is selected in the pull-down menu.
6. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, and then enter one of the addresses above.
7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to", select 'Inbox' from the pull-down menu.
8. Click the 'Add Filter' button again.
9. Repeat steps 1-8 for each address you'd like to add.

1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
2. Click our email address (info@villas-crete-villa.com) in the 'from' field.
3. Select 'Add to Address Book' in the 'Info' window.
4. Enter any information you wish on the Address Card and click 'Save'.
5. Repeat steps 1-3 for each address you'd like to add.
