Taverna
Bousakis - Stavromenos, Rethymnon
The taverna is
especially known for the quality of its meats and the grilled
dishes. Nikos the owner has had the famous "Taverna Samaria" on
the beach promenade for 20 years. He has now for the last years
opened this new taverna in the outskirts of Rethymnon and has
already gathered a large amount of local customers, that will
vouch for the quality of the taverna. We often eat here and we
also recommend the taverna to our clients in this area. Not on
the cheap side, but always good.
You find the taverna
on the "old road" from Rethymnon towards east (Heraklion), the
road that passes through Platanes, Adelianos Campos, Sfakaki and
then you get to Stavromenos, you will pass a petrol station and
a large "Adriadne" supermarket on the left hand side, just after
the supermarket you will see the Taverna on a corner to the
right.
