Our head office is in Copenhagen,
Denmark. therefore we operate under Danish law as such. The Danish law
regarding travel and tourism is extremely strict and continuously
monitored.
Bonding
The company Amazing Crete Travel is registered in Denmark. We were
established January 1st 2001, and are registered here. We are not
bonded in Denmark as only companies that sell holiday packages can be
bonded, and we do not sell packages.
We book at individual hotels, villas and apartments. Should
anything happen to your accommodations we relocate you to a similar or
a higher class accommodation. Should anything happen to us as a
company, you still have your booking at the accommodations you have
booked. But we do strongly advise that you yourself take out a
cancellation insurance for your holiday.
Policy
Our customer account is not used under any circumstances for
investment purposes.
Booking and
payment policy
You are required to pay a deposit of 25% at the time of booking. The
remaining is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival to your

Banks
Our
Business accounts are with Nordea Bank Denmark A/S, The National Bank
of Greece and Bank of Cyprus.
We
have a 20000 Pounds Sterling guarantee from Bank of Cyprus, Rethymnon
branch, Crete, Greece.
